Double Spiral Thread Rolling Machine

  Thread rolling machine is a new type mechanical pulper well designed by us through repeated demonstration and experiments. This machine is suitable for the direct rough pulping of waste paper, rice/wheatgrass, bagasse, reed, chips, bamboo strip, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wood shavings, saw shavings, wood chips, strips, bast fiber plants, lop wood and frutex etc. It can process the raw materials into velvet fiber (fibrillating) and high concentration pulping, reduce the fiber cut and make paper together with high concentration pulp grinder and fine pulp grinder. The paper made in this way has strong absorbency, high opacity and good printing applicability, soft and smooth. As the production requires no chemical, this slurry equipment creates little environmental pollution damage and complies with the environmental requirements. This machine can adopt hot-water soaking without steam cooking to mill the materials into thread or produce pulp directly to make box making paper and corrugated paper etc. During cooking, the load can be increased to shorten the cooking time and reduce the chemicals (about 1/4 of the traditional cooking consumption). Alternatively, through various pre-conditions, together with high concentration pulp grinder and fine pulp grinder, this machine can produce different types of full chemical natural color pulp, full chemical bleached pulp and semi-chemical mechanical pulp.

Pulp bleaching machine is a new type of multifunctional pulping equipment developed according to the current situation of my country's pulping raw materials. The equipment integrates slurry grinding, chemical impregnation, washing, squeezing, and bleaching, which greatly simplifies the pulping process. It saves the original investment in equipment, saves equipment area, zero discharge of sewage, and has obvious economic and social benefits.

The pulp bleaching machine mainly realizes the rubbing treatment of the pulp under high concentration conditions. The pulping process uses compressive and shear forces to fibrillate wood and divide cells axially without producing debris. These forces can generate enough heat to soften the lignin, and the temperature during the pulping process is lower than the glass transition point of wood plastic. It overcomes the phenomenon that the milled pulp contains long and rigid fiber bundles caused by the softening process of the ordinary splitter. Under the premise of maintaining the length of the fiber, it can realize the longitudinal splitting, increase the bonding force between the fibers, and complete the fiber dissociation and thin fiberization.

The equipment adopts ergonomics principles in the design, and the shell adopts a split structure, which greatly facilitates the installation and on-site maintenance of the equipment, and expands the activity space for operators.
