Product Description

      The High pressure btiquettes making machine is used to press wood briquettes, biomass briquettes, coal powder, iron powder, coke powder, aluminum powder, scrap iron , carbon powder, mine slag, gypsum, tailing , sludge , kaolin, activated carbon, breeze , and so on powder material.

Working Principle:
When High pressure ball machine was running, the main engine transform the reducer by V-type belt, the reducer transform the driving shaft by coupling, and keep the two roller in synchronism by a double open gear. The driven roller is withstand by the piston of hydro-cylinder, it's system pressure is kept by hydraulic circuit ,hydraulic control valve and the accumulator. The material is feed into the hopper of the molders, then into the during of two roller by adjusting the control valve of the hopper.

Use and characteristics

Use and maintenance:
 
1. Check whether each rotating part is flexible before starting each shift, whether there is abnormal noise, and the empty machine can run for 2~3 minutes.
 
2, the raw materials must be treated, the maximum particle size is less than 3mm, add water, add binder, curing agent, can be used after stirring for 24 hours.
 
3, the discharge of the material is blocked, with wooden strips or bamboo strips, do not use metal rods.
 
4. The bearing of the machine rotating part should be injected with lubricating oil regularly, and the temperature of the bearing part should not exceed 60 degrees.
 
5. Stop the feeding before stopping, wait until the material in the cylinder is empty, stop the machine, disassemble the machine head, reinstall it after cleaning, in case of getting off work.
 
6. In order to prevent the motor from running out of overload, it is recommended that the user install a current and voltage meter to adjust the amount of material and water content according to the ammeter.
