    The main circulation static continuous cooking is the main equipment for continuous cooking. Device Description

    The equipment is divided into upper, middle and lower parts: the upper part is composed of a hemispherical head, the middle part is cylindrical; the lower part is a combination of inner cone and outer ball. The height and diameter of the equipment and the size of the upper and lower cone angles are important indicators of the external dimensions of the continuous cooking cycle.

    In order to extract the cooking liquid from the body for cyclic heating, there is a liquid withdrawal pipe at the transition part between the cylinder or the cylinder and the lower inner cone of the equipment, and a ring-shaped filter screen is installed on the corresponding inner wall for Prevent the material or slurry from being drawn out when pumping.

    Liquid medicine circulation and heating system. According to different heating methods, the equipment can be divided into direct heating forced circulation and indirect heating forced circulation. Indirect heating can ensure a stable liquid ratio, increase the concentration of the chemical solution, shorten the cooking time, and make the quality of the obtained slurry uniform.     The circulation mode of the lower liquid pumping circulation system makes the circulation direction of the liquid medicine in the equipment opposite to the natural convection direction, the mixing of the liquid medicine is perfect, and the upper temperature of the cooking equipment is high, and the pressure at the lower part is higher, so it can be used with each other to cook evenly.

    The circulating pump runs at full load during the whole cooking and heating period; because the colleague sends a large amount of liquid medicine back to the interior, the lower slurry is always kept in a loose state, so that the temperature of each part of the material is uniform and easy to discharge. So this design adopts this circulation system.

    The inner cover starts frequently, so the cover is hoisted on the cantilever cylinder supported on the side of the equipment neck to lift the cover. Under the premise of ensuring safe operation, the automatic inner cover is easy to operate even if the opening and closing time is greatly shortened, and it is convenient to realize the control of the opening and closing of the inner cover.

    Support. The equipment is completely supported on the pillar by ear supports. According to the different equipment volume, the number of supports can be divided into four. Due to the frequent rise and fall of equipment temperature, in order to adapt to changes in thermal expansion and contraction without generating large local stress, the ear-type support is not completely fixed on the pillar, but allows the support and the pillar to have relative displacement. One of the ear supports is fixed on the pillar, and the other three ear supports are placed on the pillar. The bolts do not need to be tightened. When the equipment expands and contracts with heat, the equipment can move slightly on the pillar.
 
    In the pulping process, the raw materials are first prepared (peeled, impurity removed and cut into pieces), and then cooked with cooking liquor to become coarse pulp. The cooking temperature of wood raw materials is about 160-180ºC, and the time is about 2 to 4 hours. After delignification, the material is dispersed into a fiber state. The lye can accelerate the delignification effect and alleviate the damage effect of strong alkali on cellulose.

    Bamboo pulping is most suitable for alkali method. Most bamboo pulp production uses tender bamboo, and a small part uses old bamboo. Young bamboo has low lignin content and high cellulose content, and is easy to cook, but because of its high water content, it is easy to rot by insects. In addition, it varies in storage and has a short cutting period. Generally, the lignin content of bamboos less than five years old has little change. Although the growth time increases, the lignin content of old bamboos increases and the fiber content decreases slightly, but old bamboos can be cut at any time and are easier to store.

    The fiber shape and chemical composition of bamboo are between wood raw materials and grasses; its relative density is greater than wood, generally 0.6-0.8, and individual old bamboos are above 0.9. The key to bamboo cooking is the soaking of the liquid medicine, and the holding time should not be too long.
