Working principle

    ZNJ type double screw squeezing machine is the latest generation of squeezing equipment after improvement on the basis of imported prototype. Spiral shaft
The spiral of the screw shaft adopts a variable diameter and variable pitch structure, which is formed by welding the shaft body and the leaf. The blades form a continuous spiral curved surface along the surface of the shaft with steps. The blades on the two spiral shafts are right-handed and left-handed respectively. The space formed by the two spirals gradually shrinks from the feed end to the discharge end, resulting in The pulp is continuously squeezed when moving in the screw shaft, and the black liquor is continuously separated from the sieve plate.

Sieve drum, sieve plate
The sieve drum adopts a split type and is divided into an upper sieve drum and a lower sieve drum. The upper sieve drum and the lower sieve drum are combined in positioning and fixed on the machine base by bolts. The sieve plate has two types: hole type and slit type, which can be selected by users according to their needs.

Transmission system
The electromagnetic speed-regulating motor is transmitted to the reducer and coupling through the triangular belt, which drives the left screw shaft to rotate, while the right screw shaft is driven by the meshing gear of the left screw shaft end. The rotation speed is equal and the direction is opposite. Located in the middle of the distance between the two blades of the right screw shaft, the two must not interfere.

Installation and commissioning

    Determine the installation center line according to the process requirements, and the deviation shall not be greater than 1 mm.

    According to the requirements of the basic drawing, check the position of the foundation hole, the deviation should not exceed 10 mm, the hole should be vertical, and the inside of the hole should be cleaned.

    After the machine is installed, a comprehensive inspection is required, and all lubrication points are filled with lubricating oil and grease.

    Before trial operation, manpower is required to turn the large pulley of the reducer to make the left and right screw shafts idle for more than one week, and check whether the operation is normal and whether there is interference.

    Pay attention to the feeding and discharging conditions at all times during operation. The supply of slurry should be uniform and continuous, and a certain temperature should be maintained to facilitate the extraction of black liquor.
