    ZNM530/750 medium-consistency disc mill is a kind of beating equipment in the paper industry, used for coarse and fine pulp grinding or continuous beating of papermaking series. Suitable for medium consistency beating of poplar chemical pulp, various straw pulps, cotton stalk pulp, hardwood, softwood pulp and waste paper pulp.
    This machine has obvious advantages compared with the traditional double-disc refiner when the pulp concentration is 6%-12% and the pulp concentration is 3%-4%:
    Energy saving: save 30%-40% of electricity consumption per ton of pulp.

    This machine adopts reasonable process and mechanical design, optimized design and combination of grinding discs. Structural features and working principle

    This machine is composed of slurry inlet pipe, grinding zone, front bearing device, hydraulic device, fine-tuning mechanism, rear bearing device, gear coupling, motor, electrical control and other components.
The refining chamber is composed of a casing and a cover. The upper part of the casing can be opened to facilitate the installation of the grinding disc. The outer side of the front cover is the slurry inlet pipe, and the inner side is equipped with the grinding disc.        The slurry outlet pipe is located in the lower part of the mill chamber, and the inner fin retaining ring is fixed on the shaft head to compress the movable disc; the rear of the refining chamber A special packing seal structure is used to prevent pulp leakage; different tooth shapes are selected according to different pulp types.
    The bearing lubrication system continuously provides lubricating oil for the spindle bearing, and is equipped with a cooler with sufficient heat dissipation area to protect the bearing from damage. A pressure protection device is provided in the oil supply circuit.
    The spindle drive adopts a special structure design to ensure that the equipment is suitable for high-speed and reliable operation.
    According to the quality and output requirements of different types of slurry, the pressure cylinder and the fine-tuning mechanism accurately control the grinding disc gap. Adjust the axial thrust by adjusting the oil pressure to meet the specific pressure requirements of the grinding zone. Rotate the hand wheel to cooperate with the hydraulic device to drive the main shaft sleeve to move forward or backward slightly.
    The hydraulic device consists of an oil tank, a cooler, a gear pump, a motor, an overflow valve, a pressure gauge, an electromagnetic reversing valve, a reverse switch and an oil supply hose. The oil supply pressure is adjusted by the oil spill valve.      The electromagnetic reversing valve can switch the oil inlet and outlet of the front and rear chambers of the cylinder.
    The arc-shaped gear coupling uses its own axial and radial adjustment capabilities to reduce the coaxiality and perpendicularity errors between the motor and the main shaft.
