The D-type hydraulic pulper is a modification of the circular tank hydraulic pulper. It is a special equipment for shredding waste paper. The shape of the tank is "D". This special shape changes the flow path of the circular hydraulic pulper slurry in the tank, moves the vortex generated by the hydraulic power from the center to one side, so that the slurry is immersed as soon as possible, and makes the rotor contact with the slurry quickly and more frequently. So as to shorten the disintegration time and improve the production capacity. The rotor and the sieve plate are higher than the bottom of the tank body, forming a heavy impurity accumulation area around the rotor. Main structure and working principle
The hydraulic pulper is composed of a slurry tank, a transmission mechanism, an impeller, a sieve plate, and a motor.
The impeller adopts an eight-wing open turbine type (ie YORES type) structure. The material is cast steel. The front elevation of the impeller blades has a 10° forward inclination angle, which causes a local intensity of flow and causes the slurry to rush to the screen; The streamline blades with the 60°cone surface and the upper guide surface drop sharply from the center to the sieve plate. The elevation angle of the rear end of the blade is mainly to form a partial negative pressure between the blade and the sieve plate to avoid blockage of the screen holes.
The material of the sieve plate is generally A3 steel plate with a thickness of 8 mm. The sieve hole specifications range from Φ6 to Φ12. Users can choose according to different slurry and different process requirements.
The pulping effect of the hydraulic pulper is mainly due to the mechanical action of the impeller blades and the hydraulic shearing effect caused by the rotation of the impeller. When the impeller rotates, the pulp, paper and water flow are sucked along the central axis and thrown out from the outer circumference of the rotor at high speed, forming a strong turbulent circulation.
